Times and seasons

Times and seasons: The month of October and a kairos season

“Then the king said to the wise men, which knew the times, (for so was the king's manner toward all that knew law and judgment:”

‭‭Esther‬ ‭1‬:‭13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

As we enter into this last quarter there’s a sensitivity we must have to God in this hour like we never had before because of the movement that is taking place. Every one will NOT be able to experience it, it will require a higher level of discipline that comes with a strict focus on the things of the Lord. We must become a seed that reaps a great harvest, a revival harvest for the glory of God. This is a harvest of souls, blessings, and generational revival. We must understand the times and seasons we are in so that we can steward it in our own lives well. We are in a Kairos moment.

We are in a kairos moment. Do not judge your life and the things you see as if that how things are. Don’t believe what your carnal eyes see over what God is doing in the spiritual realm. What does this mean for us as believers? Sow, build, plant, repent, examine yourself DILIGENTLY! This is time to Lock-in and work on building the visions the Lord has told you to complete before the year ends. No matter what you been through remember the fourth quarter just started, don’t start it with discouragement. Don’t start it with the old but faith in the new, faith in what the Lord has spoken about your future. Steward the prophetic words that’s He’s released over your life well so that you can double and even triple the talents he has given you. Humble yourself, fast and pray, ask the Lord to show you his will for you and invite the Holy Spirit to help you create a plan and execute the visions God has given you.

There’s a great grace that is available right now that whatever we sow in this time will be guaranteed to grow. The seeds God has given us to plant will not fail, they will germinate and grow into a great harvest, something way bigger than the seed we planted, like a mustard seed turned into a sycamore tree.

Cutting out all the distractions is a must. Distractions is bigger than getting drawn away from focusing on the things of God but is also about falling into traps that could have been avoided by being colorant and sober-minded. The devil attempts to ensnare us when are fixed on Jesus. We must be watchful and one of the main ways is through prayer, especially praying in the Holy Spirit allowing God to reveal things to you according to Jeremiah 33:3 and Romans 8:26. In prayer God will reveal his perfect will and the things that comes up against that so that we can pray accordingly. Reading the word DAILY is another way that is extremely pivotal, we must fill our temples with the word of God so that we are sober minded especially on these times. Because when we are not distracted we are focused and free from falling into the traps and temptations of the enemy and even our flesh.

During this kairos time, not only are we planting seeds that will die before they produce a great harvest, we too must become the seed that dies and bears a great harvest. The Bible tell us that a seed dies in the ground. We can’t birth the new with the old. We can’t produce new few with the old fruit that went bad from prior seasons. All of it has to go so that we can grow. Gluttony, shame, insecurity, anger, bitterness, pride, jealousy, people pleasing, fear, timidity must all go so that we can stand strong and possess the land God is having us to do that we can collect the harvest as well.  Everyday lay down your Isaac’s at the feet of the Lord until it’s an idol anymore. Repent, renounce, and come out of agreement with everything you’re dealing with and surrender yourself to the Lord, rest in your identity in Christ.

Lock-in and plant:

  • Evangelize

  • Serve

  • Work on your visions (this could be businesses, ministry, outreach, work in specific projects, writing books, etc)

  • Be more present with family

  • Get discipled or if you are mature enough in the faith to do so, disciple others.

Do not miss this moment, do everything you can and by the strength of Jesus to stay focus and sow well this season.
